Reservation Policy:

Choose a character to reserve your costume online by completing the form below and clicking the 'SUBMIT” button.

Once the booking form is submitted with your selection(s) an invoice will be emailed to you with all applicable fees listed as well as the rental agreement. Upon receipt you should read and sign the agreement and then choose your method of payment to secure your reservation. *NO BOOKING is secured without payment of the required fees. ANY OUT OF STATE character costume rental requires payment of the security deposit through PAYPAL.

Final balance is due 3 days prior to the event date.

All rentals must be picked up in person and signed for upon receipt unless UPS shipping has been chosen.

Local rentals may be picked up the day before the event and returned the day after. For those requesting their order be shipped the order MUST be placed at least 10 days in advance, it will ship UPS Ground and will arrive 2-3 days prior to your event. Your costume will be sent using “shipper release” meaning, you do not have to be present to sign for them on arrival, only one delivery attempt will be made and the UPS delivery record is conclusive proof that delivery was completed. Be advised YOU, THE CLIENT, IS RESPONSIBLE financially for the item once delivered to the given address. Fun Faces does not issue refunds for items lost or stolen after delivery. Please be certain to provide a safe delivery location if you do not plan to be present when the costume arrives to avoid possible theft.

Costumes must be returned in the condition they were sent out. When packing up examine your costume to make sure that every piece of the costume listed is present so there will be no cause for any additional charges.

Upon returning the costume there will be an additional cleaning charge or a replacement charge for any of the following stains on the costume: pen marks, marker marks, wine stains, grass stains, excessive dirt and/or mud staines, perfumes/scents, cigarette holes, temporary or permanent dyes, and any type of dirt or grime that can not be removed with normal cleaning.

If there is a lost piece to the costume that doesn’t get returned, Fun Faces reserves the right to charge for the total amount of the costume if the part can’t be replaced. The extra fee will be determined upon return.
