LAYAWAY TERMS

Every parent knows that quest of finding fun, engaging and if possible, interactive activities for their child's special day.  You've seen something on a social media site that you simply must have ---  but you're out of time and the budget just can't stretch any further. The solution is available below -- easy and quick. 

 

Our convenient Layaway Program offers the ideal solution to have your event your way.  With our program there are no complicated monthly payments you simply:

  • Make your selections,

  • Provide your information for your event, 

  • Put down a manageable deposit and make your regular monthly payments

  • Prior to your event (minimum 3 days) you simply pay the remaining balance

  • Items/services are delivered to you on the specified date. 

Our Layaway Program is available on most items, unless it is marked at a special discounted rate such as a ROGO1/2OFF special. Our program allows you to plan early, shop for more items and take advantage of bigger savings. For more information check out the details below or give us a call.

 

ELIGIBILITY

Fun Face's Layaway Program may be combined with discount pricing, with the exception of certain special discounts/promotional such as  ROGO1/2OFF.

  •  The following items are eligible for Layaway but are subject to a restocking fee:

  1. Balloons

  2. Decorations (streamers, banners, backdrops, flowers, etc)

  3. Paper/tableware Supplies (plates, cups, napkins, table covers, etc)

 

PAYMENT

An initial down payment of one third the total purchase amount is due at the time of placing an order. The Down Payment allows FFCR to either reserve inventory in your name or begin the creation of personalized decor/props.  

No additional monthly payments are mandatory, however regular monthly payments will reduce the remaining balance of the Final Payment. Each payment received will be reflected on your sales confirmation and an email will be sent to the address on file. The Final payment, equal to the remaining balance is due (3) days prior to the scheduled event.

  • You can use one or any combination of these acceptable payment options: cash, check, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal).

  • Person initiating Layaway must be the same person finalizing Layaway. A picture ID is required for all new Layaway contracts, pickups and/or refunds.

  • No price adjustments are allowed on Holiday items or items with discounts (military or otherwise) already applied.

Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellation: From the date the initial Down Payment is made, you have a grace period of three (3) days to provide   written notice of your intent to cancel your order. Should the grace period expire, FFCR may choose to, at their own discretion, cancel your order unless materials have been ordered or production has began on custom personalized items.  

Failure to Pay:  FFCR's policy is to cancel an order if final payment is not received within fifteen (15) days from the date of your notification that your order is ready unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon. FFCR is NOT responsible for issuing reminders for payment due after providing your copy of the payment arrangement but may, on occasion, elect to provide a courtesy reminder call for payment due.

Policy:

Should an order be cancelled within the 3 day grace period FFCR will gladly refund any payments you may have made, including the down payment. All refunds require written notification and will be made within 14 business days of said request.  Refunds will be made by the same initial payment manner, whenever possible. Payments made via credit card will have that amount credited back to the card used while payments made by cash, check, money order or wire/bank transfer will receive a refund in check made payable to the purchaser/entity named under the billing information on the sales order unless you specify otherwise in writing.

  • You can use one or any combination of these acceptable payment options for Layaway: cash, Cash App, Facebook Pay, credit cards via PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, Discover).

  • Person initiating Layaway must be the same person finalizing Layaway. A picture ID is required for all new Layaway contracts, pickups and/or refunds.

  • No price adjustments are allowed on Holiday items or items with discounts (military or otherwise) already applied.

  • The following items are eligible for Layaway but are NOT ELIGIBLE for a refund nor CANCELLATION.

  1. Special orders for custom decorative banners/posters/photo props, etc

  2. Custom made stand up decor for backdrops.
