Customer Pick Up is a convenient option for any customer wanting to handle their party activities on their own schedule. This is a great option for your fun and entertainment needs, whether it's costumes, concession machines, or games.

Customer Pick Up: Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., by appointment.
Customer Returns: Monday through Sunday, by appointment ONLY,between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (Additional day's rental charge if the return is after 7:00 p.m.)

Self Service Party Rentals FAQs:
Monitor local weather conditions to avoid potential rescheduling issues. Travel fees are non-transferable and not refundable.
*Any new trip due to rescheduling needs is a new travel fee.
Party Rental Items should be picked up by the person placing the order or a duly designated representative in writing. You or your designee should have a photo I.D. such as a valid driver's license or military I.D. when coming to pick up your party rental items. Your security is important to us and to protect you from someone else renting items under your name we do require you to be present or have given written consent for your authorized representative. When arriving to pick up your party rental items from our warehouse location we will make a photocopy of your or the designees I.D. and also take a picture of the vehicle including the license plate that is used for picking up the rental items. When you return your party rental items you can request the photocopy of the I.D. be given to you. The picture of the vehicle is uploaded into our system into your order and is never shared anywhere else.
Party Rental items available for customer pickup are costumes, concession machines, and our inflatable blow ups/games.
The warehouse is open daily Monday through Friday between the hours of 10:00 am and 7:00 pm for customer pick-ups. Items must be returned by 5:00 pm on your scheduled return day to avoid any additional charges.
