DIY TERMS FOR EQUIPMENT RENTAL

PAYMENT, DEPOSITS, CHARGES

  • A 5% non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking of Fun Faces Character & Party Rentals services or equipment.  After payment of the deposit, the remaining invoice balance will be due within 72 hours prior to the start of the event. No booking will be deemed to be confirmed until the deposit is paid and/or invoiced total is received in full and a signed contract.  

  • Out of State costume rentals require a Security Deposit payment made payable through PayPal

  • Cancellations made with less than 7 days time prior to the event will result in the loss of monies paid as the Security Deposit for services.

  • DAMAGED OR LOST ITEM CHARGES will be assessed for broken or defaced toys, mats, handles, etc. The named damages are NOT meant to be all inclusive but examples.  Any equipment lost, damaged beyond repair or stolen will be charged at its current full replacement value.  

  • FFCR also reserves the right to charge a daily late fee equal to a 24 hour rental for each day the Client retains any goods/equipment after the date of return specified on the pick up receipt provided.  Failure to return rental items within 72 hours of the due date and time will result in legal proceedings.

DIY Costume Rental ONLY

NO REFUNDS ON DIY COSTUME RENTALS

  • DIY Costume Rentals have a minimum $100.00 deposit  that CAN be refunded upon return of the completd costume with any/all props provided.

  • Deposit must be paid in full to hold your reservation.

  • All rentals must be picked up in person with valid ID.

  • Rentals are picked up the day before the event and returned the day after. All deliveries are subject to a fee determined by distance.

  • Out of State costume rentals require a Security Deposit payment of $150 made payable through PayPal

  • Costumes must be returned in the condition they were sent out. When picking up examine your costume it is Client's responsibility to make sure that every item on the checklist is present and in good condition.

  • DAMAGED/LOST COSTUME CHARGES:  There will be an additional cleaning charge or replacement charge for any of the following spots on the costume upon returning the costume: pen marks, marker marks, wine stains, grass stains, excessive dirt and mud staines, cigarette holes, temporary or permanent dyes, and any type of dirt or grime that won’t wash out.

  • If there is a lost or damaged piece to the costume that doesn’t get returned (backpack, headphones, sword, etc), Fun Faces Character Rentals reserves the right to charge for the repair of, if possible, or the current replacement amount of the costume if the missing/damaged portion thereof, cannot be repaired. The extra fee will be determined upon the costume's return and an invoice for said damages will be sent to the email on file.
